Jill Houk is a chef, reformed homebrewer, product spokesperson, and culinary consultant. She has appeared on Good Morning America, The Cooking Channel and Lifetime’s The Balancing Act. She has hosted AlphaBeer since January 2012, meaning she’s tasted more than 200 beers in the line of duty. In 2013, Chef Jill published two cookbooks, The Essential Dehydrator, and The Complete Soda-Making Book (which contains a few cocktail recipes, should you ever tire of beer).
