This has a high level of crystal malt, and delivers a full mellow flavor with caramel malts. It has a traditional English are smell and strong brown ale taste, but is fairly smooth going down. The beer is named for Young’s pub in Bishopsgate London, England. Young’s & Company Brewery was founded in 1831 by Charles Young and Anthony Bainbridge when they purchased the Ram Brewery in Wandsworth. The brewery is now a combined venture with Charles Wells Brewery and is Wells and Young’s Brewing Company Ltd.
Arcadia Whitsun Ale

Arcadia Whitsun is a modern interpretation of a mid-19th century English spring and summer festival ale. It is light golden in color with a rich, creamy head, full bodied and has a lightly toasted caramel flavor. The addition of Michigan star thistle honey contributes a uniquely smooth drinkability to this unfiltered wheat ale. It is a wheat style ale brewed at Arcadia Brewing Company in Battle Creek, MI.
